Smart Gallery kişisel veri toplanmasını mümkün olduğunca sınırlayacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Fotoğraf, video ve rehber temizleme özelliklerinde kullanılan analizler cihazınız üzerinde gerçekleştirilir. Smart Gallery kişisel fotoğraf, video veya rehber içeriğinizi Smart Gallery sunucularına yüklemez. Bazı üçüncü taraf hizmetler sınırlı teknik, analitik, reklam, satın alma, abonelik veya hata teşhis bilgilerini işleyebilir.
2. Fotoğraf Kütüphanesi Erişimi
Tekrarlanan veya benzer fotoğrafları belirlemek, bulanık fotoğrafları tespit etmek, ekran görüntülerini düzenlemek, medya dosyalarını incelemek, seçilen öğeleri silmek ve videoları sıkıştırmak için fotoğraf kütüphanesi izni gerekir.
- Erişim yalnızca izninizle sağlanır.
- Hangi fotoğraf veya videoların silineceğine siz karar verirsiniz.
- Smart Gallery kişisel medya içeriğinizi satmaz.
3. Rehber Erişimi ve Tekrarlanan Kişiler
Smart Gallery, rehberinizde aynı telefon numarası veya e-posta adresini kullanan tekrar eden kişi kayıtlarını bulmak için rehber erişimi isteyebilir. Rehber taraması ve eşleştirme işlemleri cihazınız üzerinde gerçekleştirilir. Kişi adları, telefon numaraları ve e-posta adresleri Smart Gallery sunucularına yüklenmez. Birleştirme veya silme gibi değişiklikler yalnızca sizin onayınızla uygulanır.
4. Yüz Tespiti ve Gruplama
Smart Gallery, yüz içeren fotoğrafları belirlemek için cihaz üzerinde yüz tespiti kullanabilir. Yüz görüntüleri, yüz şablonları veya biyometrik bilgiler Smart Gallery sunucularına yüklenmez.
5. Analitik
Firebase Analytics; cihaz türü, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü, ülke veya yaklaşık bölge, oturumlar ve özellik kullanımı gibi genel teknik ve kullanım bilgilerini işleyebilir.
6. Reklamlar
Smart Gallery banner ve ödüllü reklamlar için Google AdMob kullanabilir. AdMob, reklam sunumu ve ölçümü için cihaz tanımlayıcıları, IP adresi ve reklam etkileşimleri gibi bilgileri işleyebilir.
7. Satın Almalar ve Abonelikler
Premium satın alma ve abonelikleri App Store üzerinden işlenir. RevenueCat abonelik durumu ve yetkilendirmelerin yönetilmesine yardımcı olabilir. Smart Gallery ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi doğrudan toplamaz.
8. Çökme ve Hata Raporlama
Sentry; uygulama sürümü, işletim sistemi bilgisi, hata ayrıntıları ve teknik teşhis bilgileri gibi verileri işleyebilir. Smart Gallery kişisel medya veya rehber içeriğini kasıtlı olarak Sentry'ye göndermez.

- Apple App Store — dağıtım ve ödeme işlemleri.
- RevenueCat — abonelik ve yetkilendirme yönetimi.

10. Veri Paylaşımı ve Güvenlik
Smart Gallery kişisel fotoğraf, video veya rehber içeriğinizi satmaz. Bilgiler yalnızca bu politikada açıklanan üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin çalışması için gerekli olduğu ölçüde işlenebilir. Makul teknik ve organizasyonel güvenlik önlemleri kullanılır.
11. Veri Saklama
Smart Gallery kişisel fotoğraf, video veya rehber kütüphanenizin uzak sunucularda bağımsız bir kopyasını tutmaz. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler kendi saklama politikalarını uygulayabilir.
12. Çocukların Gizliliği
Smart Gallery 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan bilerek doğrudan kişisel bilgi toplamaz.
13. Tercihleriniz
Fotoğraf, video, bildirim ve rehber izinlarını cihaz ayarlarınızdan yönetebilirsiniz. Gizlilikle ilgili soru ve talepleriniz için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
14. Değişiklikler
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır ve son güncelleme tarihi değiştirilir.

Smart Gallery is designed to minimize collection of personal information. Photo, video and contact-cleanup analysis is performed on your device. Smart Gallery does not upload your personal photo, video or contact content to Smart Gallery servers. Certain third-party services may process limited technical, analytics, advertising, purchase, subscription or diagnostic information.
2. Photo Library Access
Photo-library permission is required to identify duplicate or similar photos, detect potentially blurry images, organize screenshots, review media, delete selected items and compress videos.
- Access requires your permission.
- You decide which photos or videos to delete.
- Smart Gallery does not sell your personal media content.
3. Contacts Access and Duplicate Contacts
Smart Gallery may request access to your contacts to find duplicate contact records that share the same phone number or email address. Contact scanning and matching are performed on your device. Contact names, phone numbers and email addresses are not uploaded to Smart Gallery servers. Merging or deleting contacts is performed only after your confirmation.
4. Face Detection and Grouping
Smart Gallery may use on-device face detection to identify photos containing faces. Face images, face templates and biometric information are not uploaded to Smart Gallery servers.
5. Analytics
Firebase Analytics may process general technical and usage information such as device type, operating system version, app version, country or approximate region, sessions and feature usage.
6. Advertising
Smart Gallery may use Google AdMob for banner and rewarded ads. AdMob may process device identifiers, IP address and ad interaction information for ad delivery and measurement.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
Premium purchases and subscriptions are processed through the App Store. RevenueCat may help manage subscription status and entitlements. Smart Gallery does not directly collect payment-card information.
8. Crash and Error Reporting
Sentry may process app version, operating system information, error details and other technical diagnostic information. Smart Gallery does not intentionally send personal media or contact content to Sentry.

10. Data Sharing and Security

Smart Gallery does not maintain an independent remote copy of your personal photo, video or contact library. Third-party services may apply their own retention policies.
12. Children's Privacy
Smart Gallery is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
13. Your Choices
You can manage photo, video, notification and contacts permissions through your device settings. You may contact us with privacy questions or requests.
14. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will be published on this page and the last-updated date will be revised.
