Welcome to Smart Gallery. By using the Smart Gallery application, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Smart Gallery helps users organize their photo library, identify duplicate and blurry photos, and manage media stored on their device.
Smart Gallery processes photos locally on your device. We do not upload your photos to our servers. If you connect a Gmail account, access is limited to the permissions you explicitly grant.
Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple. Subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.
Smart Gallery is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of the application.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
